That theme choice for a new blog?

New post on the Tecnozopiaproject, and to try to explain briefly that, as in this case, takes more time than the think

Puuff… issue with too many variables and abordarlo… modes

For starters, I like to believe that they are as important as related issues, an error here (before starting) may bury your blog before his birth, but we must also know that there is no single answer to the question.

That theme you like?Do you know something about? you're a semi-experto?Is there a niche audience for what you like?Is the niche very small? Is it very broad? The niche this saturated? Is the project profitable?

If by chance you are of those who want to have a blog, only to emerge the habit of writing "when" and "thing" that you are given the WINS no matter what you if someone you read or not, not be that do reading this blog.
For the rest of the interested parties, continue.

The taste for the subject matter is important, I do not talk much about this because there are too many articles about, do not want embanderar me with the cloth of the passion for writing and argue it as the only way to achieve success; I just want to tell you the same that could be any blogger, lawyer, bricklayer, mistress of House, Carpenter, etc that have been devoted to "something" long enough:

Do the same, always ends up running out of you

This situation is inevitable and it is not alien to blogging, as everything in life is:

If you're a fan or at least learn to love what you do, you can do that things become much more simple.
If definitely not you like, you do duty or for reasons opposite to the pleasure of doing so, will eventually become an unbearable activity.

Hand in hand with the above is, obviously, the ease of acquiring knowledge on the subject; or do you know any expert who loves not what it does?
Hand in hand with being an expert, is your best weapon perhaps to highlight you among all.

"If there is a considerable audience on the other hand, somehow monetize it always exists"

And while there are exceptions, since the internet made tangible the word globalisation, there is a (to anything inconsiderate) public for almost all the themes.
In fact, a greater volume of traffic does not always generate more money, the micronichos also focused have their competitive advantages, which are not few.

Do now, which happens if the taste of the author gives you the possibility of considering different themes? that happens if other variables may come into play?

A niche tested as (gadgets, technology) business model but with a fierce competition and a saturated market better?
Or better is an original idea with little or no competition which can help you to make a difference?

Once more, I believe that there is no single answer.
For me, is so aplaudible a successful project of who have ideas new and fresh as who achieved position in an existing market and do not swallow the lie of the saturated niches that so many would be that we create.

As he already explained in the previous post, Tecnozopia is a blog designed with the idea of creating money.
The idea of getting seriously into the world of blogs was something that though in folder makes time, for reasons of time of the company, postergo so far.

Factors that we had in mind:

Availability of editor/time/experience. Last time when I I crossed someone interesting on and offline, I take the trouble to "archive potential partners/collaborators", I think that there are many blogs and publishers of quality than for lack of other resources are (and will continue to be the most) anonymous; This is a great source of editors.
Of course, the refusal of these persons, was always a possibility. But given what we could offer and the existence of more than one candidate by theme, this point was not the main drawback when choosing. Our main idea is to generate money through blogs. And while the idea was never to achieve this with a single blog, the time and resources that we dedicate today, only allow us face a project/blog at the same time.

Having clear, get good results, adding more blogs in the future decide to start with the theme that we considered more difficult: technology

The theme of technology is not the best nor the worst pay (really not see the level of payment for these reasons below), nor is the most difficult to write and obviously far from being original. The reasoning that led us to this decision, highly debatable, was:

If we position ourselves and win a share of the market, in an overcrowded themes such as technology, we will be in a good position to try it with any other theme.

It is true that what is paid on the different themes is not the same, that adsense does not pay as well as before, the adsense alternatives are not hardened and blah blah blah. My opinion:

Too much focus on methods of profitability without having
a great traffic, is wrong priorities.

Think of the profitability as a consequence of the consumer of your product.

It is likely that at some point, the development of your blog provides the analysis the ads samples and its variants (intelligently and without looking for the fifth leg of the cat) but you have many priorities on which to work beforethat they allow you to achieve mass consumption.

Do after all, does not seem so difficult to arrive at a precise decision on the subject, or if?

Just keep in mind that in this step the work has not even begun yet, don't be naive, don't believe the lies on the blogs or to all the "gurus" in the blogocosa, builds your own path and read to the people that it is worth reading.
